Seniors Ministry
The Seniors Ministry is a lively group of people who love the older people in our community. We are happy to meet practical, social and spiritual needs in the following ways -
Entertaining Events
Throughout the year we like to treat seniors to inspiring and entertaining occasions that include an afternoon tea. Transport is available.
Weekly Groups
Small groups meet throughout the city where encouragement, discussion, prayer and great company are enjoyed.
Over 60's Activity Centre
Be Active and Be Creative!
A great morning out every Wednesday at 10am in the Cafe.
Come to have fun, share, learn, and to enjoy good company.
Morning tea is provided.
Social Indoor Bowls and Games
9.30am every 1st and 3rd Saturday we meet for Indoor Bowls, badminton and cards etc. Come and join in the fun competition and exercise and make new friends!
Rest Home Ministry
We enjoy regular visits to the 60 Rest Homes neighbouring our church and have fun providing pampering, haircuts, musical items, sit-dancing, hymn singing. Wonderful friendships are made in these times.
Prayer, Counseling and Visitation
