The Marriage Course

Our marriage courses provide seven evenings that allow couples to come together and learn important tools to make their marriage work. The course is renowned for its success and setting of lasting foundations in marriage. Topics covered include communication, resolving conflict, in laws, love in action, good sex, forgiveness and strong foundations.

The course includes a three course dinner, and allows couples the privacy to talk and learn together.

Marriage Prearation

We run 5 week marriage preparation courses that serve to prepare couples for marriage. This is an extremely successful course, which helps couples to understand each other and prepare for a happy future together.

Bible Study Courses

Greenlane offers a range of Bible study courses to engage and equip. The courses that we offer at the moment are:

Growing As a Disciple - Module 1 (Tuesdays 7.30pm-9pm)
'Essentials of the Faith'
Starting on 7 February this course will explore the 14 foundational truths of the Christian faith. Laren them, apply them, and use them to lead other into truth. Classes start by joining the Alpha group for dinner in the cafe at 7pm.
Teacher - Dr. John Kirkpatrick

Here is Your God (Thursdays 7.30pm-9pm)
Starting on 9 February this course will help you discover how God has revealed Himself in His Word. Learn how Jesus confirmed this revelation while here on earth. Understand how the Holy Spirit helps us to trust this revelation.
Teacher - Ps Christine Anslow

The Book of Revelation (Saturdays 7.30am-9am)
Starting on 11 February, this course is a verse-by-verse study of this intriguing book. Discover what it reveals about the end times and what plans God has for the nations and His people.
Teacher - Dr. John McEwan

These are full courses which provide discussion and encourage learning that will equip and strengthen you in your faith.

Helping People

Greenlane offers a course on a Biblical understanding of Pastoral Care and skills in basic counselling. This will allow you to explore the depths of restoration and will have practical situations to apply counselling skills with real life issues.

It is a six week course, presented by Anne Laidlaw; perfect for cell group leaders, youth leaders, mentors, members of pastoral care, prayer teams and anyone who is interested in pastoral care, counselling and helping people.
